Turnaround Time For Personalize Item.

If your orders includes personalizing service, please note that we need at least 5 business days to get personalized items ready after you place an order. Depending on the project and how many orders are waiting, it could take up to 10 business days before we ship your order. There is strictly no cancellation or refund for personalized items after the order has been confirmed.

In some cases where we do not get sufficient information from you for the project, it could cause more delays.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) - Courier Delivery:

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding eve of holiday and public holidays). Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
