Refunds, returns, and exchanges


We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchase on regular price and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return parcels are required to use trackable shipping service.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiry@lehusk.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, (if any) like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Non-returnable items includes:
- Gifts cards
- Bean sprout husk refill pack
- Gift Bags, only defective items in gift bags can be exchanged
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/offer items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the package at enquiry@lehusk.com.sg with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Upon approval for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Items found to be used.
  • Signs of being damaged/tampered even if caused by human error.
  • Not in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requested after 30 days of delivery. 

Upon approval, please be patient as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

If you have not received a refund for more than 14 days after your refund notification, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiry@lehusk.com.sg.
